Thanks for visiting our website.  Tower Circle is well known to many of you and new to many others.  It has been a family owned and operated business in Buxton, North Carolina on Hatteras Island for over 50 years.  In September 2012, ownership passed from the Gray family to Earl and Gayle Johnson.  Earl and Gayle are long time visitors to the Outer Banks and land owners on Hatteras Island and are now fulltime residents in Avon.

At this time due to the pandemic caused by COVID-19, life is not quite normal on Hatteras Island as in much of the rest of the world.  Not all retail locations are open.  If open some may require masks and limit numbers of shoppers in the locations at one time.  Restaurants may be open with 50% dine in capacity.  Some may offer carry out, curb service and outside dining.  Grocery and convenience stores may not be as fully stocked as usual.  Please be kind! We love having you here and are serving all visitors to the best of our ability under the current conditions! 

Come check out our bright, fresh rooms with new electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, bathroom fixtures and appliances! All rooms have been renovated since our 2012 purchase.  We now have seven regular (non efficiency) rooms and four efficiency rooms waiting for your visit.

Guests of the Tower Circle have FREE  access to the Avon Fishing Pier for fishing and sightseeing when the pier is open.  At this time the expected opening date for the pier is May 4, 2021.

Normally pier is open seasonally from about Easter to about Thanksgiving.
